Amy Keating
Chief Legal Officer
Amy most recently served as Chief Legal Officer and Corporate Secretary at Mozilla, leading the Legal, Policy and Security functions at an organization devoted to building a better internet and delivering the FIrefox browser used by hundreds of millions of people around the world. During Amy's tenure, Mozilla fought for Net Neutrality in the United States and globally, including as the lead plaintiff in Mozilla v. FCC, seeking to overturn the rollback of federal net neutrality protections.
Prior to Mozilla, Amy was Vice President, Legal and Deputy General Counsel at Twitter, Inc. Amy joined Twitter in 2012 as Twitter’s first lawyer focused on litigation, building out the function and supporting the company as both the platform and the employee base grew in the U.S. and internationally, through its IPO and beyond. Her role expanded over time to include oversight of Twitter's product counseling, regulatory, privacy, employment legal, global litigation, and law enforcement legal response functions. During her tenure, she worked on legal matters in more than twenty countries.
